It is the morning of day 8 and I have fasted for 1 whole week (7 days). I currently weigh 204.0 lbs.
If you aren’t updated with my fasting experience, I initially started a 40 day fast weighing 220.6 lbs on April 5th, but on day 10 I gave into temptation and had something to eat. I decided to start over with a 30 fast on April 15 and I weighed 210.4 lbs. So in total I have lost only 16.6 lbs :((bummer)and since after a week of fasting again I have lost 6.4 lbs. *sighs*

Good morning!!!
It is 7:51am in the morning and I just wanted to share my progress. I woke up and instantly weighed myself, even though I continue to say I wont. I weighed 206.0.lbs. On Day 1 I weighed 210.4, So I have lost a total of 4.4lbs in 4 whole days. I am very irritated that I am losing only a pound a day, because when I when I first started to fast I was losing at least 2 lbs a day. Also, yesterday I had 2 small bottles of juice and I lost more yesterday than I did on previous days, I also walked home from school which took about 30 min. maybe that helped I dont know. - 30 day water fasting
So it has been 3 whole days of water fasting and I have lost about 1 pound a day. I wasn’t feeling to good today felt a little out of it so I had some orange juice. When fasting I ONLY drink innocents juice because it is 100% juice, not from concentrate. Losing only a pound a day compared to the past when I have lost 2 to 3 pounds is a bit discouraging but I am going to keep at it and hope the end results are good. So today I have had ONLY water of course it’s a water fast lol but I currently weigh 209.2. NOT impressed!!! When I initially started this fast I was losing 2 to 3 pounds a week now i’m barely losing any weight, wtf can I do to jump start this fast? visit the page

I started a 40 day fast on 5 April, 2012 but I cheated yesterday (Day 10) I had sushi (8 assorted pieces), a box of 12 cajun battered shrimp, 2 small bags of walkers chips and 3 hot wings from KFC. WTF was I thinking??! Nonetheless, today is a new day and I am starting over with a 30 day fast of drinking ONLY water. On Day 1 of my previous fast I weighed 220.6 and on Day 9 I weighed 207.6 but this morning I weighed 210.4, obviously I gained the 2+ lbs back from eating, which I knew was going to happen so I am not disappointed.
