- the weekend - back at square one12 mon
- weekend is a killer
So I had that exam on Saturday - which took me half a day. At some point in between, there was an hour break between the written part and the oral part, so i just ran out to the first fast food stand and stuff myself with food.
I got back home, and surely enought - had ANOTHER lunch with my husband. And in the evening, he took me out - so i wasn’t exactly restticting myself either. Drank wine too. no movement. nothing.
Sunday was bad too - it was raining and i just ventured to the park for a little walk, but that’s it. ate like a pig.

- day 4 - super lazy day12 mon
- day 4. relatively calm. no major breakthroughs.
I don’t know what it is, whether the effects of a very active day yesteday, but i slept like a baby under some serious sedatives. i guess the worst of the detox is over.
thanks to my Brazil Butt Lift workout (what a name,really), every single muscle around that area i never knew i had hurts. so I spend the day being not very active and prepping for the exam tomorrow (having to get up at 6:30 am on a saturday sucks).
I also ate things i am not to eat if I want to lose 30 kilos - like a very nice italian sausage my husband brought from Florence. delish. but FAT!.. the spices in it made me ... read more

- third day. 2 Lbs less. more active.
Ok, quick facts - weigh myself this morning. it was 89.2 kilos (196.2 lbs) - roughly 2Lbs down since day one. I know its all water weight by now, but at least it moved in the right direction.
Night was horrible: woke up several times, heart racing, thirsty. typical detox things.
Got myself (despite huge fatigue) out to the park, walk, stretched - 40 minutes.
Lunch - huge salad - all fresh, with some shrimps, no dressing. After all, the goal is not to lose muscle weight, so i need protein (plus, i was really starving).

As much as I was full of determination and contempt for myself yesterday, as lazy and moody I was today.
Before going to sleep I could’ve gone for a walk, but I didnt. I was hungry. Snapped at my husband. Had a cup of hot water with lemon and honey before going bed. I decided to sleep on the couch, and it was a wise decision - i was tossing and turning all night long, with sweats and nightmares. I attributed this to the first detox symthoms.

- first comes the decision, then comes the action. or so I hope.
Well, well. Today I have officially hit the new high - 90 kilos (198 Lbs). This comes right after a friend’s visit, who hasn’t seen me for about 10 years (the years in which I increased steadily by about 25 kilos). We took pictures and i clearly saw that she didn’t change a bit, and I couldn’t really connect the fat woman i saw on the picture to myself. We are both 37 now.
The pictures made me depressed and after she left, i poured myself a chardonnay and looked at the old pictures of us - where i was stunning at 130 Lbs (I am 6 feet tall). This morning I felt horrible. More so, because m ... read more
