I feel good today, and had a proper, 6-8 inch BM, the right color,(well a little green from all the avocado and green juice)I am digesting food A LOT better now, and I feel less troubled in my tummy.
I have started taking this product called Phloe. It claims that it tones the colon, regulating and balancing peristalsis and improving transit time. So far, the last 3 days I’ve experienced no side effects. Whether or not it will help me with my colonic inertia,(aka Lazy Bowel) I do not know yet. I have to get the colon running PROPERLY before I deal with the candida.

My ND has me on an Elimination diet. She wants the routine blood work done as it’s been a year or more since my last blood tests. She had decided to ignore my candida problem, alothough she acknowleged there is one, the back of my throat is covered in little white dots, and in her office I score 279 on the Candida test she had me take~ VERY high for Candida overgrowth as it states ”yeast-connected health problems are almost certainly present in a woman with a score over 180 and a man with a score over 140)

This is the first post I made when I realized I was displaying symptoms of Candida overgrowth.
I did this completely wrong, not understanding that one needs to perhaps look for parasites first, flush the liver and colon. I have done a few liver flushes in my life and they are not fun.
Anyway, I ended up overwhelming my adrenals and I was not experiencing a healing crisis...I was just filling my congested organs with toxins.
I stopped taking the anti-fungals, and fasted on green juice for three days.
