Starting tomorrow on August 14th. 20129 mon

Fasting day tomorrow

Hello everyone, I will be starting a 21 day water fast as of tomorrow. I am fasting for many reasons, including for weight loss. I hope to break free from sugar and junk food addition. Most off all I want to get rid off my addiction to laxatives. I have been taking this Chinese dieter tea everyday and I am addicted to them. My state of my right now is unhappy and depressed.
