Day: Monday Date: 8/1/05 Starting Weight: 150 lbs Tomorrow, I am starting a water fast that would last for 25 days (atleast thats the goal I am looking to achieve..). The reason why I have planned to start this fast is because my health has been deteriorating (constant fatigue, bowel problems, emotional problems, anemia, and more)...and the thing is, I am only 19!!
