- ~Carob Rice Milk with Stevia~8 y
- A delicous drink for children and guests! Makes a great mocha - or leave out the carob for Vanilla latte's!
Carob Milk
2 cups cooked rice flour - boil 2 cups water, add 1 cup rice flour and stir until thick.
8 cups water
2 TBS Cold Pressed Safflower
Blend in the Vita-mix for 3 minutes.
Add:
1/4-1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 TBS raw carob powder
1/8 tsp stevia white powder
Blend for 30 seconds.
Chill or serve hot topped with stevia whipped cream!

- Wheat free Nut Pie Shell with Coconut
”Nut Shell”
1 cups Ground Nuts (Chop in a blender)
3/4 Cup Unsweetend Coconut Flakes
1/8-1/4 tsp Stevia White Powder
1/2 Butter or Lard
Add a dash of cinnamon if you like!
Stir together well, and fit into a Pie Pan. For cream pies, bake shell for 10-15 minutes at 350 F. visit the page

”Oil Pastry”
1 3/4 cups Fresh Ground Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Cold Pressed Oil
3-4 TBS Cold Water
Measure flour and salt into a bowl, add oil and ”cut” the dough with a fork or pie dough cutter. When dough is in particals the size of peas, add in the water one TBS at a time, cutting it into the dough until it is all mixed in and wet enough. Make into a ball and place on a sheet of plastic wrap or wax paper, place a second peice of plastic wrap ontop and roll with a rolling pin or flatten with your hands. Fit into a 9 inch pie pan. visit the page

- I came up with this when I had some left over cooked Carrots and wanted to make pumkin pie for Dad (He can't have dairy products). He absolutely loved it! Most of the family thought it was Pumkin Pie. :D
”Holiday Carrot Pie”
2 eggs
2 Cups pureed, cooked carrots
1/2 Cup Fruitose or Raw Sugar
1/4 tsp Stevia White Poweder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp Cloves
1 2/3 cups Canned Coconut Milk (Sub. half water or all Rice milk)
1 cup Unsweetend Coconut Flakes
Heat Oven to 425 F. Prepare Pie Shell. Beat eggs slightly and beat in the remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour in pastry-line pie dish. Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 F. Bake for 45 minutes longer, or until knife insterted in center comes out clean. Cool. Serve With ... read more
