so i survived day 1 fairly well. i did cheat a little bit (had about 1/8tsp of splenda in my tea before bed). but other than that i did exactly as planned. i woke up this morning prepared to feel like crap - but to my surprise i was fine. nothing overly unbareable!! i hit the gym and walked on the treadmill, made some juice for breakfast and off to work i went. i picked up some great organic juice (in a bottle - not great i know, but i can’t bring my juicer to work) and sipped on that most of the afternoon. everyone keeps asking if i’m hungry - but surprisingly i really haven’t had any pa ...   read more
