- Straining all juice was key this time.
I did really good on this fast. I did the master cleanse for 8 days and juiced the rest. Running everything through a strainer was the key this time. I plan on staying on a low calorie diet for a while now. My girlfriend found a really neat website that tells you how many calories you need to eat to lose weight by a certain time. It is called

I am on day 10 of a master cleanse. I would tell you everything I do, but that would mean I would have to talk about my ass. Just read everything and do half of what is told. It’s working for me!
I am not setting goals on this cleanse. This is first time I posted and I do not do it for religious reasons either. The cleanse does help alcohol addiction in a way. It makes you self consious about what state your body is in and makes you think about how it was before.

Wow, I am on day 3 and I feel good. I am learning from previous fasts. I got a few head aches so far and they made me so happy because I know what is in store. Everyone should be positive about these fasts they do. I am and it makes it so much calmer than if I did something like diets and look at the clock. JUST DO IT! All master cleanse today and no juice. I did buy some veggies today though to prepare for the weekend. I really wonder if I should just do a 10 day master cleanse and then juice? I notice incredible results from a few days of mostly master cleanse compared to juice fasting. I am still on my juice fast. Yesterday I only had juice twice and today just once. I am drinking a lot of master cleanser drinks. I am so glad that I have fasted for 20 days already and know what to expect. It makes it easier when I want to stop and just pick up something and eat!

Granted, my 2nd and 3rd fasts didn’t last long, but I am ready to do another 10+ days of juice fasting along with some days of master cleanse. I just completed my first day and feel really good about doing a long one this time.

I have been focusing on my ”Today I will not drink!” blog, but 2 days ago I decided to start my 3rd juice fast. So far it’s going great and I am able to make huge quanities and take it with me to work, although I think it taste a lot better when it is fresh. It is actually 6AM on day 4 for me, but I thought I would go ahead and post. I have a funny feeling that I will eat a salad tonight and break my fast. I am craving one right now and I hate to go out on Friday night and not eat. At the same time my girlfriend works all weekend so maybe we won’t go out. Who knows?

Ok guys, I really feel so good again already and I’m just on day 2. It is really easier this time because I know what to expect. I drank my juice 2 times and did master cleanse 2 times. I am really losing again in a good way. I am down to 191 lbs. That is 1 lb more than my total loss of my first fast. Dude... if any of you are thinking of fasting... DO IT! Today I started my second fast. I only gained 4 lbs since losing all my weight on my first fast, but I can tell me body wants another fast. I only got hungry late in the evening so when I got off work I made a cabbage, tomato, green onion, and green pepper juice. It was good to me but my girlfriend said it was burning her eyes and stank. Even when I made my first juice today my girlfriend walked in the door (she was gone at the time) and asked what that smell was. LOL, I have been eating a lot of crap lately, but then again I juiced a few times and now I’m trying to eat salads. I still have the good feeling, but today I ate a corndog and it really screwed me up. I felt the bad stuff from it leaking into my body. All I can say is my first fast was a great experience. I really didn’t get much feedback from this site in my last few days and kinda think that I could have gone at least 5 more days with support. I think I am going for another fast in 30 days. I already started eating so much fattening stuff in the last 2 days and here is day 1 post fast......

I quit! I made it 24 days guys and I decided to eat. I will leave this on a good note... I lost 25 lbs and I feel much better. I will definitely fast in the future and will watch my diet! I have to ask something. I am on day 23 and I wonder why I am having so many feelings toward my past? I feel like I am 21 again (10 years ago). I feel like I should do something great. Man my hunger lasted 2 good days, but I think it might be gone for a while because today I felt so great and it reminded me why I’m fasting. I feel so light I could probably do a dive roll right now. I am staying hungry a lot and I think I will have a hard time these next 8 days. I have been craving food in the last 2 days that are almost as bad as my first day of fasting. Everything looks good in the refrigerator now. A few days ago I was looking at stuff like sausage and hamburgers and though how bad that stuff was for me. Ok here is the truth guys... I feel 100% and I have drank alcohol a few times during this fast. I don’t know if this will help anyone but I suggest to stop drinking during any fast to get the most benefit. But.... don’t that let you stop fasting. You will not get more drunk because no food is in your stomach. It all has to do with body weight. I can drink as much on day 20 as I did on day 1.

Day 17 went well, 18 the same, and right now it is 9AM on Day 19! I already been to a lot of yard sales and the first place I actually stopped was the Farmer’s Market. I got 1 pint of blueberries for $2.50, a cantalope for 2.00, a huge head of cabbage for 1.00, 4 for a dollar large banana peppers (1.00 worth), and 1 lb of Florida grown tomatoes for 1.00 lb. How does these prices compare to where you guys are? I think these were pretty cheap, but I’m sure some other people out there get a lot better deals. Today I got my juicer! Thank God. I was getting tired of master cleanse
honestly. Juicing makes me feel good and I don’t get hungry like after the
master cleanse.
I officially hit 20 lbs of weight loss today also. I can’t really tell much, but
I know the scale isn’t lying. I use 2 scales just to be as accurate as possible.
I went from 214 to 194 in 16 days. I think the master cleanse was speeding it up
a lot. I went from Friday afternoon until today (Wednesday) without a juicer.

- 2 Weeks have gone by fast!
Man, I really wish I didn’t eat that salad on day 5. I would have gone 2 weeks without any solids. I read where someone said eating that one salad was like me starting my fast over. I don’t know how much it hurt, but it didn’t seem to change anything as far as I noticed.
In 2 weeks I drank alcohol 2 times. That is a record for me! I am noticing my skin really clearing up and I still feel very good. Sometimes I just breathe in some fresh air and it feels so good. Still at it! Man I am starting to feel really good because of not drinking alcohol for so long. I really can feel my body thanking me although my mind still tells me to drink 1 beer (it will be 12 before I know it). I am really wanting to do a lot of things that I have held off in the past. My Juicer stopped in the middle of a drink! I placed an order for this one tonight - L’Equip 110.5 Mini Pulp Ejector Juicer $99.99 It’s better than the cheap one I had and hope to get it soon!

- Work can be demanding on our bodies.
Last 2 days have been good. Today I started working again and felt great. After working about 8 hours I did start getting tired and it may have to do- with only having 2 servings of juice all day. I am going to up my content on the juice now that I’m working again in the heat.
Tonight I took my first dose of parastroy. I hope that goes well. Those pills are strong. I could smell them when I opened the bottle and I’m burping the weird herbs up. I am sure they are going to do a good job!

Everything went great today. I had the master cleanse again all day long. No vegetable juice because I wanted to hurry along on this detox/juice fast. This is the second day I drank no vegetable juice and it is hard but not if you have any kind of discipline. You just learn to drink water when you are a little bit hungry and do the lemon thing when you are lots hungry. I love the Tabasco in my drink. That stuff is the best on earth! Today has been good for me. I didn’t go walking like I wanted but I did do somethijng different today. I drank lemon/spice drink all day. I didn’t juice so that I can speed things a long a little faster. I think I will do this like every 3 days maybe. I just worry about the weekend. I will want to eat a salad. Today has been great! I did a salt water flush this morning when I woke up, but it only made me go 1 time. I think that I need to get the mixture better for my body? I also did my last CE. I know that they can become addictive after 7 days. I mowed my lawn today and then about an hour and a half later, I did something that I haven’t done in over 10 years! hours will mark the 6th day actually. I want to start off with my first
