- Another day down! YAY!
Well, here I am again, posting my blog before bed (I am up way too late tonight!).
I am amazed at my energy level on this cleanse so far. I really hope it stays this way & I really hope I can stay positive. I managed to survive today, my first day on the cleanse at work. It went fine, mind you I had some hard times when co-workers made some yummy breakfasts & lunches, that got my tummy grumbling big time. I think some of my coworkers think I am off my rockers doing the MC, haha. I am going to bring the book to work for them to see tomorrow.

- Made it through Day 2, YAY!
Well, Day 2 is almost done for me now, and now I will be heading towards Day 3.
Nothing much happened today, I found it sooo much easier then yesterday, I actually wasn’t even hungry today at all & aside from a few cravings, it wasn’t bad at all. I am still craving carrots for some reason though. I don’t know why that is, I don’t remember the last time I sat down & actually ate carrots. lol. Well, here I am, I made it through Day 1! (I also figured out how to make the text colored here) I had set my alarm to wake up early this morning, but I was so tired I decided to sleep & I got an 11 hr sleep! I really needed that.
When I woke up, it wasn’t sunrise,(it was more noonish) but I decided to do the SWF anyways. Yuck! It wasn’t as bad as I had thought or remembered, but it wasn’t pleasant either. Ok, so I have done well all week, eating fruits & veggies, and grilling some fish. I have still sipped on the wine though (not for long!) I went after work & went to the health food store, they were closed, DRAT! I was walking back to my car when the kind shopkeeper opened up for me. Well, whatya know??

- Why do I care about doing this? I do love myself & feel I deserve the best & I deserve to find & achieve all my goals, wants & dreams as well as improve my health & become the real me I know I am
Well, my first question when I start something like this is what am I doing & why am I doing this? What on earth would possess my mind to think of not eating for several days & to drink a lemonade drink?
First off, I have been feeling terrible. Sure you ask someone how are you? of course they say good, ok, fine, etc, ok I have said that. Deep down, nope, no I am not fine. I can honestly say this is the worst I have felt in my life, its the worst I have looked in my life.
