- Day 2 of 10..... I think I can, I think I can... :)
Yesterday went pretty well... all in all. Last night I had to make the family dinner, I usually love cooking but I had a hard time doing it last night. I made the fastest meal I could think of and got out of the kitchen! The smell was making me really hungry and I thought about giving in... but I got through it. I only ended up doing 5 lemonades yesterday. I had 3 of them by noon but kind of lost interest in them after that... and only ended up sipping on 2 others for the rest of the day.....

- All is well.....
Well so far...so good.....
I have a lot of energy today and so far have had 3.5 lemonades, I haven’t been hungry at all but have had the desire to want to chew something. I have a love hate relationship with the lemonades already... don’t really like the taste but crave it at the same time.... it’s kinda weird. I made my step daughter some lunch and started getting some cravings but they passed quick. Tonight will be the true test.... when I have to make the family dinner. - What do you do when your stomach starts grumbling and then all of a sudden you feel like you are going to throw up... Do what I did.... lol.....
Today has been a very interesting day so far... let me tell you!
Last night before I went to bed... I took drank the smooth move tea (seep time 15 minutes). I am a big tea fan but didn’t favor the taste much, tasted like old oranges and to much fennel. I decided that I should just chug it down, which was a lot easier for me then just drinking it.....

Tomorrow is the day I start the Master Cleanse, I decided over last weekend that it was time to do some cleansing of the body. I’m a little nervous because I’ve never fasted for more then a day but I’m also pretty excited. My boyfriend is interested in doing it also but he wants to see how I feel before he does (I am off for the summer from work). The last thing he would want is to keep having to run to the bathroom every few minutes because he "has to go" ..... I don’t blame him; I sure wouldn’t want that either!
