Day 1 of juice fast

Juice fast for 7 days

Day 1

I will be juicing predominately veg during this short fast, hope to go the full 7 days. Having read all the inspiring stories, hopefully this will go as planned. My biggest downfall is evening time so have decided to hit the gym and do some type of excercise to avoid that period of the evening. I have not to be honest removed coffee totally but will keep this to first thing in the morning and for the remainder of the day, stick to herbal teas. So far this morning have not been hungry but will juice for both lunch and dinner............usually 12-16 ozs. I am also taking some flora as I find that this keeps me from getting constipated and also curbs sugar cravings which I find major coming up to TOM. Anyway will post later on tonight and let you know how it went.

Day 1 - Afternoon
Well am going okay, have some rumblings in the tummy.............Had a gorgeous carrot, apple, celery and ginger juice around 12.30pm yummy. I have noticed that I am p..ing much more which is unusual as I normally suffer water retention before TOM. I even managed to bake some scones!!!! Anyway having a cup of yoga detox tea, a spicy blend tea..................gorgeous and refreshing. My biggest pitfall during the day is the evening time arghhhhhhhhhh. Maybe cooking the kids dinner, smelling the delicious smells but am going to head for a walk and get out of the kitchen. Catch you later before I head to bed with 1 day down
