Post Fast - Day 1

Today I felt amazing and had tons of energy! I have been having juice for the past four days as it is, so I was right on track anyway. This morning, I had a small cup of sliced melon for breakfast with diluted juice. For lunch, I had about the same, but added a bit of canteloupe, and then i had a small apple as a snack later in the day. For dinner, I had a large vegetable salad. Everything tasted amazing! My stomach has been perfect all day, but I can my intestines kind of gurgling, so I'm glad that I have the weekend to adjust. Tomorrow I'll try a few more things and slowly work my way up to eating more foods. I'd like to stick with a pretty raw diet, and i'll keep track of the next few days :)
