Fasting Day 5

Well today is the first day of true master cleansing for me - the days before had me attacking avocados and the odd chocolate bar - but still no food so I'm not sweating it. I figure if you're fasting for enough days, a couple indiscretions starting out is not that harmful.

I feel depressed, generally in kind of a wierd mood. It always happens this way starting out, then by magic after a few days I always feel blissfully happy. It's strange how that is...

I also wonder how much I weigh sometimes, but have not pulled out scale for months and months now. It's too psychologically harmful for me to see those numbers, eventhough they really don't mean much as my composition of muscle and fat has changed a great deal since I started exercising. I'm working on 'mush' factor here :-) If I feel it, and if I see it, it means I got to lose it!
