Wednesday (Day 55)
Things are looking up in all 3 areas: school, work and weight/food/health. Actually, school is always good - the other 2 are looking up. :)

I will have a busy 2 weeks and have had a incredibly busy last week. A friend just came into town. At the same time I still have my 3 classes and work is super crazy busy with 3 classes. So back to my goals.
In the last 2 days I've done very well implementing the new eating habits. I've actually had moments that my eating enjoyment greatly increased due to my practice to make it conscious. I watched a few episodes of that "I Can Make You Thin" and there were a few times where I started to get a desire to eat when I knew I wasn't hungry and I got over it fine with the techniques and it actually wasn't all that difficult! *yay*
While going through this whole thing, I prayed many times that I be lead to whatever it is that I need to help me create the relationship with food that I want to have and this is really doing something for me. It is relaxed, I can pick what foods I want and when I'm even keeled emotionally, I still make healthy choices most of the time b/c over the last 2 years since finding curezone I've gradually found more and more ways I like to eat foods that are healthy. So first I changed from overeating bad foods to overeating good foods (most of the time) and now as I make more changes, I really feel better about what I'm doing and feel physically good b/c overeating doesn't make my body feel good. So I'm very happy with this. :-) I am only a few days in but I do intend to make this a habit. I guess I'm on Day 3 or 4 of new habit? 21 days to build a new habit, right?
As for work, I've been doing extremely well with performance as there is a lot of interesting stuff going on and I'm right in the middle of it. In fact, I'm kind of working "too much" this week past, but that's ok. It makes up for some slacker days in February when things were slower. I'm doing well with my work relationships. I don't feel as harshly critical but I still intend to improve upon that.
As for school, I tried to get on a gameshow so I could win that $100,000 I need for school. That didn't quite work out, but I'm still trucking. Right now if the universe is aligning to meet my wish of $100,000, there are several possible ways this could happen. In the meantime, I'm doing everything I should be doing, working on school and keeping focused. The other thing I want is to get into grad school and I'm working on getting all A's and volunteering so I'll be able to get into school. *whew!* I'm a busy gal!
So my intentions: I intend to go to grad school full time and I think it would be absolutely marvelous if I got my wish facilitated by the acquisition of $100,000 for tuition and expenses. I'm also thinking it would be great if I started doing seminars when I returned to the East Coast.
I want to gain a healthy relationship with food where I am sensible and can listen to my body to do what is good and healthy for it. I feel that I'm on my way!
I think my attitude at work is much improved and less critical, but still I would like to become more relaxed in my head and less critical. I think this would be great - but I am very very grateful for how things are going so far. Good times right now! :-)
