Juice fast day 2

So it is the evening of my second day and I'm feeling okay. I had a headache earlier,
but I still tried to be active. I went on a 3 mile hike, but went at a nice, slow pace. I think the sunshine gave me more energy. I have been sticking to juices I like and
making whatever mixtures I feel like. I need some flexibility in order to stick to it. I usually juice berries, carrots, apples, bananas and pineapple. I was given some spinach by my neighbor, so we'll see how that goes...
I think the true test will be at work tomorrow. I really have to be on my toes at work as the decisions I make can negatively affect the lives of others...good thing I'm still a student so I have a supervisor helping make these decisions.
I'm hoping to go to bed early and thus survive the night, which is the hardest part to get through.
