Day 1 Summary

Oh yeah, I remember now, detoxing sucks!

The day started like any other day... and went downhill from there.

All was well and then detox kicked in around 3 p.m.

Symptoms:

- migrane headache

- Freezing chills (a heating pad on high and 3 blankets can't get me warm.)

- craving cookies, pasta, and pizza (my husband made pizza for dinner - sometimes he's cruel and doesn't even realize it. ;)

- Can't focus on any one subject at all. Nothing but fog and air up there today.

- tired

- vivid, weird dreams (true story - I took a nap and dreamt that I had broken the
fast by eating a balogna sandwich while low crawling on my belly on a gravel driveway... I don't even LIKE balogna...)

So far I've had 6 lemonades and 2/3 of my daily needed water intake.

I'm going back to bed now after drinking my senna tea so I can make it through Day 1 without caving. I am reminded that this cleanse is not for the faint of heart. Tomorrow I begin with a salt water flush - Yeeeeha! :)

1 day down and only 9 more to go.
