day 1 feeling great!! day 2 not bad

day 1 : hey! i was so busy yesterday i couldn't post anything. yesterday was day 1, i couldn't drink anything, exept water because i wasn't hangry or anything & I played rope skipping for 30 min, i hope all 28 days will be like this one.

day 2 : I woke up very weak, I couldn't even pick a glass of water because I was thirsty .I juiced one orange and I don't think that I'll be doing any exercising
