feeling bored & sleepy ...

this is day 3 : I wasn't expecting much to happen today , though i felt a little weak in the morning but now it's ok, also , i noticed during this 3 days that i get very thirsty all the time even though i drink a lot!
i try to keep my self away from thinking of food by exercising or going out or shopping ,so it's working sometimes
i haven't seen any changes in my body yet ( my old clothes still fit me ) but i hope this will chane soon.
