i am really looking forward to this fast. i am not sure how long i will go, hopefully the full 30 days. But again i will go in small milestones. The first one being getting thru a friday nite, then making it to a week. Then 10 days. I have 20 pounds to lose but will stop at 15 if i feel good. My current weight is around 154pd(im too scared to get on the scales!). My goal is 132pd, I want to fit back into a pair of jeans that i know i look and feel good in. I also want to build up my muscles again and have that lean feeling. I have a lot of work to do. I have not being exercising, eating and drinking whatever i like and the result is 15 pound weight gain in 7 months. But more than the weihgt i am really unhealthy. i am eating food that i never thought i would eat again. i have had my second knee surgery and only just been given the go ahead to exercise again. so there is nothing left in my way but working on getting back to where i was. the weight is important to me but i also really want my exercise regime to go back to what it was. i feel very motivated. i am trying not to focus on the way i feel right now, fat and unhappy, i want to focus on how good i will feel really soon. i know the first week will be ruff. but cant wait until i start seeing/feeling the results. i also want to go back to my eating habits that i maintained for 2.5years. a really healthy diet, avoiding as many processed foods as possible. it just worked for me. i didnt have to calorie count or even really monitor how much i was eating. i just ate such healthy food that i was able to lose the weight i needed to and maintain.
