Okay, so I made it most of the way through. I took a supplement u on day 8, and I think that's why I had to stop. I woke up day 9 with a stomach ache. I then started having chest pains and had a difficult time breathing. It was enough to scare me. I wasn't hungry, but I broke my fast with some spinach and cucumbers. Better luck next time. Hey, 8 1/2 days isn't too bad!
