The current US government recommensation of exercising 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, will be replaced by recommendations for more vigorous exercise for longer periods.

Expect to see more and more research around exercise and health as countries attempt to reduce the cost of healthcare. The current US government recommensation of exercising 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, will be replaced by recommendations for more vigorous exercise for longer periods. Physical fitness however doesn't translate to a healthier body, as it is only one factor. Diet, nutrition, detoxification, and lifestyle are other important factors.
