I have finished day 4 of my fast. I feel great. I am glad that I have passed the 3-4 days of the fast because usually the first few days are the hardest. Today I woke up late because last night I did some exercise. My heartburn is a little bit better but it gets worse during the night. I know that the heartburn should disappear soon. I do not feel hungry, but my mind is telling me to eat. I know now that I am not hungry and everything else is psychological. I am staying strong and I know at the end its going to be worth it.
