Morning Day Three: 166lbs and back on track!

No weight gain...but no weight loss either!!!

So I didn't put on any weight eating the KFC...but I didn't lose any either! Back at work today so my mind should be taken off eating. Though it's always in the evening that hunger takes over and I feel I have to eat! I have my bottle of water and bought a magazine this morning instead of lunch to distract myself at break time. Here's hoping.....

I really admire those of you who have managaed the fast beyond the initial 3 days. It's such hard work!!!
