Just a quick one..........163lbs this morning...WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This time I'm actually seeing results so I'm def sticking to it!!!!! Have my little pot of grape and melon mix in the fridge in case I'm tempted to cheat...at 140 kcal, I'm figuring it's prob not too bad!!!!!!!! Really pleased, that's 3lb gone in as many days....
