So I am back after nearly 9 months for another juice fast.
Today is Thursday July 2nd 2009 and I plan on doing a juice-fast for the next 10 days hopefully. Some of these days will be compromised, but I will try my best nonetheless.
I will post my vital stats when I wake up in the morning - it is 1.43am at present, and I have re-read my previous blog entries for motivation and inspiration.
I have oranges, apples, grapes and lemons in the house, so tomorrow I shall start again!

It is now 12.11pm and here are the stats:
11am - weighed in at 10st 2.2lbs (142.2lbs). Need to shift 8lbs in the next 10 days hopefully.
Started the day off with hot water and lemon juice.
12pm - My first juice of the day is grape juice - juiced a bowl full which has made a full glass of juice.
I have a 10k run to do in 9 days time so need to prep for that! Will head out to the gym shortly. It is so hot outside...
1pm - procrastinating with my running so compromised and did 50 sit-ups
2pm - hungry - made some more juice, this time 10-12 oranges. Made two glasses with this amount. Have to make dinner for the boys tonight (hubby and bro-in-law) so trying to keep on track and not join them for dinner as well...gonna be hard.
3pm - did 50 more sit-ups as still have not managed to go for a run.
5pm - made dinner for the boys - had to taste the food in case there was too much or too little salt. When cooking, I always taste the mixture to ensure that it is okay. However as soon as I tasted it I spat it out to stop any solids getting inside me!
7pm - went out for my run finally! Did about 20 minutes but felt so tired and unhealthy. Need to really step up as the 10k run is in a week's time!
8pm - felt incredibly hungry actually, so compromised and had some soup. With croutons. Then a yoghurt. Decided had to give myself something as the next couple of days I will have to eat it being the weekend and do not want to alert people to the fact that I am juice fasting. They will no doubt think I will be starving myself.
Feel bad that I am doing a semi-juice fast, but hope to build up to a real one as soon as the run is over.
11pm - Had a cherry actimel. Dammit! It tasted like the best thing ever though!
