Day 3

Holding strong. Some updates.

Good morning,

I was extremely overly sensitive yesterday. I had no bowel movement. But I had two this morning, which seemed to be more deep and...old? Anyway, I need to start the bentonite/psyllium shake. *Joy* I tried the flavored kind, but it just did not work as well as the pure psyllium. It tastes like I took a handful of mud and and ate it...lol. I did have some hunger pangs yesterday, but they passed.

I feel pretty good right now. Despite my emotional mood swings, I had a lot more energy. Heck, I didn't leave work until 6pm, and I still had energy.

I am expecting my body to finish clearing out today and start going into the "Where's the food/sustenance" phase. Once it realizes it's not getting anything and quits fighting, then it will finally start to shut down and transition into cleanse mode.

By the way, I had a small purge yesterday. It was via-body odor. I smelled like maple syrup. Haha. I had some more chocolate cravings. Argh!
