Mini-fast Day 1 of 2

I am 10st 7.8lbs (147.8lbs) exactly. Seems I have managed to put on 0.8lbs since yesterday. Well, I did have an evening meal yesterday for the first time in two weeks. It consisted of four fish fingers in a pitta bread with ketchup and tartare sauce. I know, probably not one of the healthiest choices, but my pitta breads were going bad so had to find a way to finish them! Also had two alfonso mangoes - these are so sweet and delicious! So that was my fruit intake anyway. Stopped myself from touching those muffins in the cupboard by having the mangoes.
Anyway, I continued my morning by oil pulling with sesame seed oil. I think it is working but I might have to continue longer to see more visible results. My gums are definitely looking healthier so that's a good sign. My teeth do not bleed if I brush them immediately after oil pulling. However, they are still a little sensitive, so wondering if I should change my toothpaste...
I have started a mini-fast today and am wondering whether or not to go the whole two days (as have a party on Saturday) or drink mostly juices and then have one meal a day.
Juiced two massive grapefruits today with four naval oranges. Made about 2/3 of a litre. It is now 1.15pm in London, and so far I have not had a problem. As always, my mind is wandering to food.
Since starting a diet two weeks ago, I have noticed how much better I am looking, amazing what dropping a few pounds does to your appearance.
I am realising that my mouth is giving off a horrible taste, so that means that the juicing has started its work.
I will try to incorporate two litres of water, as I have been doing the last two weeks, as I think it will assist me better. It's 1.20pm and I have not drank any yet so better get started!

Must get on to drinking that water, so more tomorrow.
