Could not inactivate email til Monday. Sent acceptable reply, "Thank you. Ogunquit was lovely, I agree."

I use this blog to say all the things I know I cannot say to him.

I truly wish to be kind. I truly wish to be free of all these emotions of fear, anger, resentment and most of all - my expectations on others.

Not one person in this world does what I want so I need to adjust, open my heart and love as deeply as I can.

If I don't - well, I have a 79 year-old female in my life as an example. I am frightened.

It's Saturday. Tonight I am going home, vacuuming my apt., cleaning it up nicely, showering and going to my homegroup. I will ask others how they are and just listen. After that? Study til midnight. My all-nighter the other night had a 3 hour sleep-break. Not bad.

Breakfast: one banana

I'm hungry but I don't WANT to eat today. Hmmm.

Lunch: Leftover salad w/balsamic. I want to find another dressing, this one is getting old.

I have PB.

I need to pick up bulk tofu at the coop. $10 bucks for 7 retail-size cubes. Not bad.

I'll pick up garbanzos beans as well for hummus. Whatelse? Maybe some raw cider vinegar.
