Weight Loss Total: 6 lbs

Yesterday was a stressful day for me , but I made it through. Hopefully today will be much better. I did my walk and a bit of exercise this morning. So far I feel fine. I have plenty of energy as of right now. I need to make sure to drink more water than I have done the past 2 days. Sometimes I just get so busy with my son that I forget to drink fluids. So I need to really focus on forcing myself to get plenty of water down each day.
