I have had a realization that water fasting is not the longterm answer to real weight loss. Sure it will make you lose weight and fast but it does not tackle the issue of using food for comfort. That must come through moderation. And moderation comes through straight self discipline and will power. That is the ability make yourself do something because it is right and not because it is easy. Water fasting is a great way to detox your body and break a bad habit but is not a longterm answer. Water fasting is a great way to detox and that is what it should be used for. I love feedback from your guys so if you wanna post a message i'd love to see it.
