End of day two, feeling okay.

today ive experience weakness and slight depression and im abit slower to think, but i seem to have moments where i feel really happy. its like everything had been intenstifed, and im starting to notice where my food triggers are, stress and dehydration.

Im thanking God for getting me through today, I wouldnt be able to do this with out his help, and i keep mediating on the scripture all things are possiable for those who believe :)

Im feeling like im doing something good with myself however im finding out my weaknesses which is ok.. which means i can now improve myself.
