Hi everyone,

Today is my 20th day of the diet. I am very proud of myself and still very determined to complete the 100 days and finally lose the extra weight that I have been carrying for the past 4-5 years. During the past week I ate more fruits and even included some fatty fruits :) like durian, which I knew would slow down the weight loss, but I really needed the energy to work and study.

I weighted myself today and the total loss for the 20 days is 14lb. I got sick yesterday and am still feeling very sick today. Most likely it is a virus, as my daughter is very sick too.

Today I ate an apple, lots of lychees and some durian. I did not make any juice, but will start again tomorrow- I just could not find energy to prepare it today.
