As the human mind doesn’t know the differences between reality and fantasy, so you need to trust yourself and start the work immediately.
The next step is to start slowly and then master it as fast as possible. It will be of wrong notion that you will master the thing at first but the reality is to start the work slowly and then increase the speed. If you are obese and overweight then sudden starting of training may lead to injury. So before going out for intense workout, one needs to start with walking.
The main motto here is not to increase your workout but to prepare enough cardiovascular power to sustain yourself throughout the training session or else you may be gripped with fatigue as soon as the workout starts.
