Had chickpeas with mustard and oatmeal with honey throughout the day. Probably around 2000 calories. Eating a whole lot better then I used to. Fasting a couple of days really helps.
I am going to attempt fasting again tomorrow. Not sure if I will do more then one day or not.
Exercise would help speed up my weight loss. Thinking of getting a gym membership but there are none close to me. I will go for a long walk tomorrow and see how that is.
