strangely...

ending the fast & happy

Well... I don't really know how to put this but even if I do feel so good, I still want to end the fast now before it's to late.

I saw some posts about people completing a 7 fast & some people were very angry because it did not bring enough benefits to the body etc etc. It was a MC by the way but still.

I am going off the fast today, slowly & maybe come back when I'll have enough time to do a proper long fast (water fast is my favorite) & be able to fully concentrate on that.

I must say that I am relieved now I know I am going to END it. & I can go back to sport!!! yay!!!! It's nice also to have a bit slimmed down because it's always feels like a fresh body you want to start again with. Oh I looooove my body!

Soooo ending the fast with OJ I guess (diluted) & then soup tonight or tomorrow!

Glad I am, so glad :-) I still will read posts, comments on the site, because it quite nice to read about other peoples stories.

Oh I feel great really! & I know deep down I will do great in my next fast. I must admit that I find going off a fast is THE hardest part. Well now I am having a more easy time because I did regular fasts & could learn from my previous errors.

So I wish myself a lot of selfcontrol haha & hope everybody will find what is best for him/her!
