Executive Orders and the Federal Government

There are limits implied in this definition of EOs.

for additional information in understanding that “The White House Rural Council” EO (that President Obama signed on June 9, 2011) can only apply on a Federal level and in Federal areas. Federal areas primarily include Washington, DC and the territories owned by the United States. There may be federal lands and or property within the states but they have boundaries to them!

Realize that we the American people need to understand the limits of anything "Federal" and that "Federal" is essentially foreign to the American people who are living in the several states (not Federal "States" aka territories).
Do you live in a Federal Territory? If not then how can an executive order pertain to your community and/or your county? Think about this! Did the Constitution not say that "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion ..."? Do you know what a "Republican Form of Government" is? Having that understanding is crucial now! In any case I can tell you that your "Republican Form of Government" does not in any way include a foreign government like the United Nations or "Executive Orders" that exclusively pertain to the Federal Government!
