Tomorrow I'm starting on the catabolic diet. I've tried several times a water fast and it just wasn't for me. Unfortunately in the process of fasting I gained weight and went from a size 8/10 to 10/12. I haven't weighed myself but plan on staying on this diet till I can fit into a pair of jeans that I bought that are a size six. I'm hoping that this blog will keep me motivated and inspire anyone else. For those of you who aren't familar with this diet ill give you a quick overview. Its based on the concept that certain foods require your body to burn more calories than they have. They are mainly certain fruits and vegtables. I'm though doing strickly vegtables and green tea. One big salad for lunch and one big salad for dinner.
