Day 1 :)

Day 1 and loving it!!!

So day 1 is coming to an end:-).... it went really well. I ended up only having one BIG salad for dinner. It was made with spinach, romain lettuce, spring mix, celery, cucumber, tomato, mushrooms, green onion, 0 calorie basalmic dressing, salsa, and ms. dash fiesta lime. I just finished it (actually I could eat all of it) and I feel completely satisfied:-) I. Had great energy all day. In fact I rode four horses and taught a few lessons. Worked up a good sweat after riding so I'm hoping that riding everyday will really speed weight loss along. I'm actually in a wonderful mood and am soooo excited about this diet!!!
