Day 3 of my 30 day juice fast

First thing this am,I hit the scale......desperately hoping to see results as to the reason I am doing tis....detox/weight loss! Yay! Results!
Day 1 - 236.8
Day 2 - 233.0
Day 3 - 230.0 = total for 3 days 6.8lbs! Good bye fat!
So my morning juice was different today, started out with red apple and watermelon.......UGH.....spilt it, so next concoction was:
with colon cleanse.
I actually make a large portion in the am as I am splitting it with ym boyfriend. He is 6'1 and now weighs in at 161lbs..lost 9lbs due to doing concrete outside in the heat, so I add creatine to his morning juice. He claims this morning juice gives him alot of energy in the morning.
Lunch..pretty much the sameas Day 2 with only 1/2 tomato.
I am going to have to change from a 30 day juice detox to 15, because I just found out softball starts on the 19th and by that time I will need to have put more nutrition in my body for energy.
Today is the 1st day I actually heard my stomach "GROWL" I quickly reached for my water.hmmmmm
Has anyone done a 15 day juice and then add fish/shellfish into their eating plan?
Pretty excited, once I get off some of this weight I will be out on my rollerblades burning up some more fat.
My goal - Get comfortable in my own skin and join a Roller Derby Team!
