day 1- 150 lbs

Day 1 of the cleanse, hardest day ever.

So I heard about this master cleanse, and thought, "there's no way I can starve myself, not even for one day".
But once reading blog of others whom have partaken in this, I thought hey what the heck.

So far I've just finished my second glass of the cleanser, and I can't lie, its not as bad as I thought. I like spicy foods, and love lemonade, so the taste it's self wasn't so bad. Its just the idea of only having that, that scares me.

The hunger pains aren't so bad, then again I'm not half way through the day yet. But the cravings are ridiculous, specially since I'll be in the kitchen whipping up lunch.

I CAN DO IT!

I've got to really motivate myself, but in the end the results will be worth it all.

I'll update my blog once a day with updates of how each day before went. Wish me luck, it's going to be a long 10 days!
