Day 1 of 30 - 30 day Juice Fast

Day 1 of my 30 day juice fast was relatively easy! Here are the updates:

Day 1 of my 30 day juice fast was relatively easy! Here are the updates:


Acne:

I woke up with 4 new breakouts...no major improvements on this front. Maybe tomorrow!

Weight:

Obviously, nothing much has happened in 14 hours...

Binge eating/eating disorder:

I found that my mind wanted to eat much much more than my body did. And I finally found a reason to LOVE the fact that my juicer is a paiin to clean...I am more reluctant to use it if I'm not hungry because I don't want to clean it! Lol.

Emotions:

My mood was fairly stable today but I did have a lot of distractions throughout the day; which always helps my mood. I think that if my emotions get too out of control, I will do my best to distract until manageable. Then I will attempt to work through it once I'm calmer.

Today I consumed the juice of:

2 x cabbage leaf
2 x lettuce leaf
4 x carrots
1 x apple
1 x garlic clove
1 x red capsicum
2 x broc handfuls
2 x cauliflower handfuls
1 x celery stalk

My only real complaint is the headache I have had since about midday and my energy levels were low enough that I took a 2 hour nap. I felt much better after!
