Day 3 WF Complete!

Day 3 of WF. Not feeling amazing but spurred on by my weight loss! :)

Hello, everyone!

I have been fasting for 3 days now purely on water & air.

The first two days flew by & I felt wonderful!

Today has been slightly different as I am quite weak and definitely not as energetic.

I'm hoping the energy will come back soon.

I am drinking 4L-4.5L of water a day, but I often feel nauseous while drinking even when I am very thirsty. Maybe this is just because I'm not used to the feeling of

I am at 180LBS today, having prior weighed 185LBS a few days ago, and 190LBS a week prior to the fast thanks to a low-carb diet.

I hope to be at least 160-165LBS by the end of these 30 days.
