Day Six and Seven

One week! hooray! I've successfully juice-fasted for a week. I haven't posted for two days for the same reason I didn't post on day 4 or 5...I don't even feel like I'm fasting...I'm never hungry, never weak, sometimes tired but that's me anyways hah. Again, it's a little disconcerting because I really feel like I should feel more...people keep saying when you feel "bad" that's good because it means you're detoxing, but I haven't really felt bad at all..hmmm.
Today was originally the day I was going to take measurements and weigh myself......but.......I'm still too scared hah...I know that's so bad and NOT what you are supposed to do when trying to lose weight but my new target day to measure is day 10 just because I feel like that is really giving my body more time to shift around, and the new day to weigh will be....drumroll....when my waist measures at 28 inches. My reasoning for this is that I want to be sure that when I actually have to face the number it won't be more than it was the last time I was on a scale; if I've fasted for some amount of time and feel good about myself and weigh myself just to find I'm still worse off than I thought when I started?!?!?!?!? I KNOW that will be bad for me and cause me to do dumb things, SO I'm taking the precaution and think that if I weight until my waist is a comfortable 28 inches, I can be sure I will have dropped some pounds... hopefully that works. I know that I may not get to that size during this fast but I plan to really actively and efficiently try to lose weight until I see 28.
