Day 22, 23, 24 & 25

Fasting paradise

Things are going really, this bit of fasting is so easy, feels like i could go on forever. I do miss my social life though so more than likely 30 days will be it for me. I am a bit disappointed in the weight loss but as always i cant expect a 30 day fast to undo over a years worth of indulgence. I just need to take the things i learn on a fast to normal life. mainly that i really do not need to consume near as much food as i do and stay clear of processed - pretty simple really.
sunday i ran four miles hills and all, monday a walk around the big lake two steps at a time and no problems, tuesday a day off ( only two for this whole fast) wednesday and thursday run four miles. tonight i will run again, i have decided i need to be running more to get rid of this weight. my thighs are terribly fat and my stomach well its just disgusting. but i am getting fitter and stronger every day still a long way to go but much better than where i was four weeks ago.
BMs have been consistant each day the herbal lax tea is working really well. I havent passed anything significant but it could be that i am pretty clean after all the fasting i have done.
This is my last weekend on the fast which i am looking fwd to the quietness of it before things start to get a little crazy on the lead up to christmas.
