What should I do?

First off let me give you some background information. I am an 18 year old, semi-closeted (my parents don't know) gay male. And just recently, within a month or two, I met a guy who is very nice and fits in my life perfectly. However, after our first "date" he told me he was HIV positive. That night we only made out. At the time of me learning of his virus, I had no previous knowledge on HIV. I began to ask questions just as any concerned person should do. He told me that he has a count of 50, that he is tested every 3 months, and always stays up with his medicine. So, my question(s) is/are what precautions do I or we need to take, to better my health (being HIV negative) and maintain a healthy relationship? What things are ok to do, and what things are not? Should I be worried by kissing him or laying in the same bed with him? Also what precautions do we need to make when it comes to oral and anal sex? And lastly, what things can I do to stay negative in the long term?
I sure appreciate your response. This has been a major issue on my mind and I'm anxious for a response. Thank you so much!!
