2 month update

a new year brings new possibilites!!

my weight has still remained the same which is good that i have not gained any but i do still have a desire to be smaller but obviously not putting the work in to make that happen. christmas and new year was a big test and some of it was good some not so good. i did not overeat which i am proud of myself. i maintained mostly raw on most days and when i did eat cooked i really portion controlled. exercise was not good and still isnt. i only went for one walk in two weeks, i definately want to get back into it and just have to make myself do it. i am really considering another 30 day fast but in a few months until then i have to keep working on things. i wish i could be thin for life without having to constantly think about what i am eating and my exercise routine but i know that is the only way i can stay this size. looking forward to this new year and hoping that some good changes are going to come about!!
