Today is day 12, wenesday Jan 12. I've been feeling pain in my midsection since yesterday and I'm very tired, I guess something must be happening there. Something else ,I cried for hours, which was very odd,the tears started suddenly, it felt like my body needed it, as some sort of release, I can't explain it, because I'm usually not a crier at all.
I am mid mark, so I am definitely proud of myself, I haven't wavered.
I haven't weighted myself since day 7- weight was 139.1, so lost 11 pounds in a week. Next weight in will be at day 14. it wouldn't surprise me if another 10 pounds had vanished.
Still no BM, coated tongue, and now dry skin.Teeth are definitely whiter, no craving for cigarettes, and I'm still doing a 30 minutes evening walk to stimulate the metabolism and lymphs.
I still feel the hardness of the tumor, but it seems it's decreased in size. We'll see when the fast is over.
My periods should arrive this weekend, so that'll be interesting.
