The day didn't start out the greatest. Woke up with a bit of a headache, again behind my left eye. I had the morning off so I walked my dog, drank some juice, and gave myself a coffee enema which seemed to help. Then I dropped my cell phone in the toilet, broke the arm off my sunglasses, and got a speeding ticket on the way to work! Ahhh! Good thing bad luck comes in threes because the rest of the day was pretty good! Headache never returned, drank my juice, worked,my cell phone still works, bought new sunglasses, and now I am sipping some juiced tomatoes with a bit of garlic and herbs that I heated up as soup. Yum! I am feeling quite energetic and not at all hungry. Not even mental cravings. Every day is totally different on this cleanse. Some are easier than others and you never know which one it will be. So day 11 down. Still haven't done hot yoga yet. The restorative is great but I need to sweat and do some more vigorous exercise. We'll see what my energy level is like in the morning but I am hoping to go to the class at noon before I head off the work. Need to drink loads of coconut water beforehand to make sure I am hydrated. I ran out the day before yesterday and am missing it. I will stock up at the health food store tomorrow. More than a quarter of the way through! Happy Juicing!
