Day one

30 day water fast

I being water fasting on Monday February 13, 2012. I have good reason to be determined to do this. I understand that water fasting is not the answer to long term health but it is a good start if it is done right. I have read studies by the National Institute of Health that say that mice live 40 percent longer if they fast every other day. The same could be for humans. I am going to do all that I can do to do this the right way. This is not a quick fix, this is the start of me getting it right. And I am gonna get it right this time. I know what it takes to live right and to be healthy.
