I am impressed with myself on how easy it was to get through the first day. But the first day is always easy. The power of belief is a strong thing. For example. I was toying around with the idea that what if this where some kind of show and I were going to get one million dollars if I could water fast for 30 days. If this were true I believe that I could do this easily. If I truly could convince myself that this were true then it would be so easy. The power of belief is an amazing thing. Weather it is true or not isn't as important as weather or not you believe something. It is belief that gets us through some tough roads in life. If I could put this water fast into an analogy it would be that life is sorta like a highway and instead of taking the backroads or even the main highway I am taking the interstate to get to where I need to be fast. I am not getting on the scale because I don't want to think about the weightloss, I just want to get through it. Well anyways I look forward to keeping whoever might be reading this updated.
